Fall River residents wanting an abatement on a vehicle they no longer own, can apply for one at the city’s Assessor’s Office at Government Center. Assistant Assessor Nel Raposo tells FRC Media News, the abatement amount depends on the age of the vehicle and the percentage of the manufacture’s list price:
