The Portuguese Consulate General of New Bedford recently paid a visit to Bristol Community College in Fall River.
Dr. Rogerio Lopes has served the consulate on the SouthCoast since last fall and continues to familiarize himself with the Portuguese communities of New Bedford and Fall River.
