How Youths Can Avoid A Criminal Record

While there are 16 hundred youth courts in the United States, there are only two in Massachusetts, and one is right here in Fall River. Director Nina Sousa explains that young people who get caught and admit to petty crimes can avoid a criminal record if their cases are referred to Youth Court:
