Fall River’s 2017 Budget On Track Except for…

According to an article in today’s Fall River Herald News, the 1st quarterly report for the Fiscal Year 2017 budget that was implemented on July 1st is on track, except for one persistent Revenue shortfall: The sale of the Pay As You Throw trash bags.
