Fall River Mayor Paul Coogan and City Council President Cliff Ponte held back-to-back press conferences this afternoon over their disagreement over a search warrant executed by the Fall River Police Department that sought the identity of an anonymous Facebook profile that posted negative comments about Chief Kelly Furtado and her son, who serves on the force.
